Soprano Natalie Mann hails from the Midwest, but her singing career has seen numerous performance opportunities across the globe in Europe and Australia. December 2011 saw her in China with the South Shore Orchestra for New Year's concerts. Ms. Mann made her debut as a soloist with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra in November 2006 and her solo Carnegie Hall debut in February 2011. A recipient of a Metropolitan Opera Encouragement Award and numerous other prizes, she is heard on both the operatic and concert stage.  She made her debut with the La Jolla Symphony and Chorus in Beethoven’s Missa Solemnis in December 2010.

An active recitalist and champion of contemporary music, Ms. Mann has collaborated with composer Lori Laitman, and is currently working on a CD of her music. Critic Abigail Wright penned in her critique of the Carnegie Hall concert that "...Ms. Mann does an excellent job of continuing her brilliantly sustained legato, undeniably stunning high notes, and impressive quality of pitch and tone center across the board."

Her operatic roles include Mozart’s Donna Anna in Don Giovanni and the Countess in Marriage of Figaro, the title role in Puccini’s Suor Angelica, Micaela in Bizet's Carmen and Marguerite in Gounod’s Faust. Critics have written of her total commitment to her art, saying, "Her soprano soared with fullness of tone through the climaxes; no high note seemed to tax her.” (Peter Jacobi, Herald-Times)

Ms. Mann holds advanced degrees from Indiana University and the University of Wollongong in Australia, funded through the Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar program. Her Bachelor of Music degree was awarded by Butler University, where she attended on full scholarship. As a freelance artist, she can be heard performing opera, oratorio and recital engagements throughout the United States. Her recent solo engagements included a performance as a Noble Orphan with the San Diego Opera in Der Rosenkavalier in their 2011 season, and as the soprano soloist in J.S. Bach’s Magnificat and Mendelssohn’s Elijah, under the baton of Sherrill Milnes.
